About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Commercial & Clean Energy team at Cepsa as a Supply Chain Manager. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills to oversee Production/Demand Planning, Logistics/Execution, and Procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics management, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Align sales and production plans to guarantee efficient production, optimal inventory, and supply management.
  • Coordinate with Trading to ensure market demand and production targets are met.
  • Define and manage inventories of necessary products, materials, and feedstocks to ensure adequate supply and avoid shortages or excesses.
  • Optimize distribution costs and raw material costs.
  • Control and safeguard product stocks.
  • Coordinate the reception, transfer, and delivery of products.
  • Manage logistics activities, distribution operations, and the contracting of maritime terminals.
  • Negotiate the rental of external storage facilities if requested by the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.
  • Relevant experience in similar positions, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits a Lean-Agile Mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
