Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal to join our team. As a key member of our business team, you will provide legal support to our civil and corporate business unit and play a crucial role in shaping our legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Negotiating Agreements

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex agreements, including contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Legal and Contractual Relationships

You will manage legal and contractual relationships with customers during the life of agreements and provide necessary support to our business unit.

Contractual Risk Management

You will identify and mitigate contractual risks and provide advice on pre-litigation situations or conflict resolution.

Legal Analysis and Advice

You will prepare and develop written and verbal legal analyses, advice, and other legal documents providing legal interpretation and strategic advice in relation to queries raised by our business unit.

Liaising with External and In-House Counsel

You will liaise with external and in-house legal counsel and other professionals and executives with functional expertise on specified assignments.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Law, with a specialization in corporate law or a similar field.

Experience

You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.

Skills

You must have in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the education and technology sectors, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in Spanish and English, and proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
