Join Schneider Electric as a Regional Cooling Service Expert (Data Center Cooling)

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Cooling Service Expert (Data Center Cooling). As a key member of our Customer Projects Operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert services for cooling products to customers, including technical site analysis, resolving customer issues, and performing on-site activities for Schneider Electric's Cooling Equipment Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Startup Commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range
  • Perform planned and preventive maintenance or unscheduled maintenance and service interventions
  • Evaluate unit installation and operational conditions
  • Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions
  • Ability to perform preventive corrective maintenance for cooling systems
  • Identify root cause of failures and work with other service engineers to resolve issues
Requirements:
  • University education in Electrotechnical or Mechanical education
  • At least 3 years of experience with commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment
  • Confirmed experience with Cooling Equipment Solutions (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers)
  • Good software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC principles, specifically cooling and basic knowledge of electricity
