Key Responsibilities- Define and Implement Digital Agronomy Strategy
- Design the commercial and technical roadmap for Iberia sales enablement
- Create and validate the business plan
- Lead implementation in collaboration with commercial and agronomy teams
- Lead Digital Agronomy Commercial Tool
- Serve as Product Owner for Granular Link

- Maintain a census of services and their maintenance

- Master's Degree
- Relevant field preferred
- Agronomy Background
- Agronomy background or experience in Precision Agriculture, digital agronomy, and sales processes
- Commercial Acumen
- Proven commercial acumen
- Ability to motivate and influence country local teams
- Technical Knowledge
- Technical knowledge to brief IT resources and DigitalAg team
- Collaborative Skills
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a commercial role
- Language
- Fluent in English
