**Mission and Responsibilities**

As a Compliance and Data Protection Specialist at Axa, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with local and international regulations related to data privacy and protection.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Regulatory Watch and Compliance**: Monitor and analyze local and international regulations related to data privacy and protection, ensuring that Axa's operations are in compliance with these regulations.
  • **Data Privacy Policies and Governance**: Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures that align with Axa's business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • **Data Protection Management and Governance**: Manage and govern data protection processes and procedures, ensuring that Axa's data is protected and handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • **Training and Consultation**: Provide training and consultation to Axa's employees on data privacy and protection matters, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities in ensuring compliance.
  • **Incident Response**: Collaborate with Axa's incident response team to respond to data breaches and other incidents related to data privacy and protection.

**Requirements:**
