About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to lead and mentor a newly established team. This role requires a technical expert with strong leadership skills and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our global services, ensuring seamless BMS functionality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and inspire fellow BMS Specialists to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
  • Design, implement, and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications, and processes that are scalable across the globe.
  • Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
  • Monitor and analyze BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
