Key Responsibilities:- Support and mentor a team of BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications, and processes.
- Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics.
- Monitor and analyze BMS data to proactively identify opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in BMS programming and automation, within building controls or related field.
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of control signals (VDC, mA) and low voltage power (24-AC/DC).
- Ability to integrate and remotely troubleshoot multiple communications protocols.
- Proficiency in Japanese, to B1 or B2 level.
- Experience with global project management and working with multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in cloud-based IoT platforms, data analytics, and visualization tools.
- Certification in relevant programming languages or BMS systems.
