Product Owner

Solera is a global leader in data and software services, transforming the vehicle lifecycle into a connected digital experience. We provide products and services to protect life's most important assets, including homes and digital identities.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team in Sevilla, Spain, working closely with global and international product managers, engineering squads, and other Solera country stakeholders. The successful candidate will deliver added value solutions into the global Solera claims management platform, deployed worldwide to Solera's customers.
Key Responsibilities- Gain in-depth understanding of assigned products, including personas and use cases.
- Align with Solera's Demand Management process to prioritize features with the highest value within Quarterly and Sprint plannings.
- Work with Product Managers to align on backlog prioritization and roll-out of owned features.
- Analyze stakeholders' needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to extract requirements, including workflow and integration points.
- Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA, and Scrum Master, to deliver valuable product increments by driving epics and user-stories definition and participating in agile ceremonies.
- Develop product documentation, such as user guides and release notes, to help Solera countries understand new functionalities and how to enable/release them.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, driving data-based decisions.
- At least 3 years of product owner experience with B2B web applications/platforms.
- Strong written and communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders' insights.
- Excellent communication and team skills, with ability to communicate requirements and goals efficiently to teams involved.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks.
- Strong technical web applications awareness (HTML, CSS, XML, API) to effectively manage features in the target platform.
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Full-time contract, indefinite duration. Work location: On-site employment.
