Job Title: Performance Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Performance Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance across various markets. This role involves in-depth data analysis, identifying barriers to revenue and profit growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Building strong relationships with Country Managers to gain deep insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
  • Analysis: Identifying areas of strength and weakness within business units through detailed performance analysis using the IWG analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborating with centralized teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues.
  • Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of solutions to ensure they effectively address problems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitoring outcomes and making necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Team Dynamics:

The Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead, dedicated to driving revenue growth and optimizing EBITDA margin. The team collaborates closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various markets.
