Job Title: Patient Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Data Specialist to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. As a Patient Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical trial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze clinical trial data to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external project team members
  • Collaborate with management and medical monitors to support cross-functional departmental communication
  • Provide input into project-related documentation, such as EDC specifications and data review guidelines
  • Support the development and user acceptance testing of data outputs
  • Use various EDC systems and data visualization tools
  • Assist management in providing routine status updates and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Identify quality risks and issues and recommend corrective action plans
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or healthcare discipline
  • Proficiency in medical terminology
  • Oncology therapeutic experience required, hematologic malignancy experience preferred
  • At least two years of experience in clinical operations and/or data management or related discipline
  • Experience in reviewing data from oncology clinical trials with working knowledge of oncology standards
Competencies and Skills:
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of oncology and clinical trial methodology
  • Ability to understand oncology clinical trials methodology, including a working knowledge of protocols and specific indications being studied
  • Desire to continually learn and keep up to date on oncology standard of care
  • Resolves project-related problems and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines
