We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
- Restock supplies and transport carts to assigned areas
- Enter guest rooms following established procedures to ensure guest privacy and security
- Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and toiletries
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
- Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- Check appliances and furniture for cleanliness and functionality
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
Requirements
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Properly store flammable materials
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
