Our company has a diverse collection of global customers, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Service Hub team in Badalona. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our customer service team, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Attend meetings with CS and supply chain teams to discuss customer and operational issues
  • Monitor and address Color Materials assignment sheets to facilitate order fulfillment
  • Manage support functions to ensure efficient customer data maintenance and problem-solving
  • Support special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role or a comparable position
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple activities
  • Very good communication skills in English
