Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional benefits programs across a cluster of countries in Europe. As a leader, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and guide a team that interfaces with an extensive network of stakeholders, offering both breadth and depth in engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • People Management: Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for your team members.
  • Benefits Strategy and Design: Identify benefits issues, process breakdowns, and design issues and recommend new benefits opportunities. Interpret business needs and compliance requirements. Operationalize complex legal guidance and analyze competitive market data for a benefits program.
  • Program Implementation: Build relationships and partner with internal teams (e.g., IT, Legal, Tax, Communications, HR Services) to integrate plans and materials before and during the benefits program implementation, and for ongoing management.
