Key Responsibilities- Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with current donors, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.
- Research and Development: Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and track the operationalization of our fundraising strategy.
- Grant Writing and Reporting: Develop and submit grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials to secure funding for our programs.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate our mission, vision, and programs to potential donors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Database Management: Manage and update our donor database, ensuring accurate and timely recording of donor information.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports and analysis to inform our fundraising strategy and measure its effectiveness.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, international relations, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English and French, spoken and written.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, reporting, and grant writing, preferably in a non-profit sector.
