Vueling is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Data Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transformational initiatives that drive revenue growth and maximize revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Transformational Initiatives: Design and execute data-driven projects that drive revenue growth and optimize revenue streams.
- Support Departmental Decisions: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Enable Collaboration and Productivity: Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and efficiency across the Revenue Management team.
- Lead the Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the Revenue Data Team, promoting their development and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree in Data Science or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in the airline industry, with a focus on data science, modeling, and project management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other data query tools. Experience with end-user BI tools is a plus.
- Language: English (C1) and Spanish (C1) language proficiency.
