In this position, you will:
Grasp the business challenges of customers and articulate the value proposition of our products. Create portfolio materials: descriptions, videos, tutorials, and value propositions to ensure that all communications related to product launches emphasize key customer benefits. Analyze market dynamics, including industry trends, traveler behaviors, and the competitive landscape. Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and manage product profitability throughout their lifecycle. Translate strategic objectives into a comprehensive Marketing Plan that includes marketing and communication initiatives. Formulate and execute an annual marketing strategy. Establish success metrics for business/product plans and assess marketing performance and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing offerings through thorough market, competitor, and customer analysis, along with insights into Amadeus' potential solutions that fulfill customer requirements. Suggest marketing enhancements based on a deep understanding of internal and external business challenges.About the ideal candidate:
· You will possess a background in communications and marketing.
· Experience in managing go-to-market strategies, conducting competitive analysis, developing marketing toolkits, and overseeing external communications is essential.
· Familiarity with the travel and/or payments industry is a plus.
