Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator

Verra Mobility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transponder fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with data entry, reporting, and data reconciliation.
  • Manage email boxes associated with order receiving and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of received goods and reject damaged items.
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
