About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Management Manager to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall stock control, including the development, performance, and maintenance of stock control systems to produce efficient delivery solutions, maximizing performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement replenishment strategies for all fulfillment centers, collaborating with logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Own the on-time stock inbound/reception process, aligning with catalogue, shooting, and trading teams to ensure timely receipt of stock.
  • Monitor stock positions, identifying potential delays or stoppers, and suggest actions to overcome them, ensuring alignment with promotional and action calendars.
  • Provide weekly 'Sell through' updates to share stock positions across warehouses by product group.
  • Review and monitor stock health to contribute to reaching sales targets, working closely with the Zalando-ZEOS team on stock management efficiency projects.
  • Coordinate NOOS stock orders.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Technical skills: MS Excel (proficiency level), SAP.
  • Precise, with an eye for detail.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills, persistence.
  • Affinity with numbers and mathematics.
