Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the digital transformation of our electrical infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring site teams to ensure successful project execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of fieldwork.
  • Prepare and update detailed installation and commissioning schedules to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate commissioning activities into the overall project program.
  • Oversee on-site works and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and HSE plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide weekly reports to project managers.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities, anticipate resource needs, and ensure timely execution of fieldwork.
  • Ensure method statements are communicated, understood, and followed by site staff.
  • Direct other employees and contractors engaged in work on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure all construction complies with design specifications and provide feedback to the design team as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in electrical infrastructure project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HSE plans.
