Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design, implement, and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap, aligning with our business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization of initiatives and drive accountability.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize and optimize projects, maintaining and improving revenue-critical systems and infrastructure.
- Performance Analysis: Provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance, managing the marketing budget and ensuring accurate tracking of costs/performance metrics.
- Reporting and Presentations: Develop insightful presentations summarizing key data, identifying underlying trends, and resulting in actionable strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, with strong communication and cross-functional skills.
- Technical Skills: Fluency in video and digital types and formats, with knowledge of the evolving advertising landscape, including digital marketing and media.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen to evaluate complex systems and dissect problems, with strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
