Resourcing Life Science is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and reducing costs through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programs aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency
- Prepare and analyze departmental budgets
- Establish a culture that guarantees all levels are carrying out their responsibilities utilizing standard work
- Encourage and carry out associate development initiatives to improve each associate's proficiency with Lean principles and frameworks
- Resolve problems obstructing the manufacturing flow promptly
- Support cross-site outcomes in the performance evaluations of different production lines
- Lead proactive Kaizen problem-solving efforts and Lean implementation throughout production lines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a production manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of accomplishment in prioritizing and planning production activities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
