About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the production unit at our Aroma Essential facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all production activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Supervision: Oversee the entire site operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the production and maintenance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Administrative Management: Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, accounting, customs, and shipment documentation, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules with teams in Grasse, ensuring timely and efficient production.
  • Supply Chain Management: Supervise procurement and shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Quality Control: Conduct manufacturing, dosing, and olfactory control of extracts, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Process Development: Develop, optimize, and implement new processes and products in collaboration with teams in Grasse, driving innovation and growth.
  • Quality and CSR Standards: Implement required quality and CSR standards, ensuring compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Knowledge of distillation and extraction techniques, proficiency in Windows environment, fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and B2 level English.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, conscientious, rigorous, curious, and creative, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
