Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate finance professional to join our team. As a Junior Accountant & Finance, you will be primarily responsible for finance daily activities and reporting to our Finance Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of our fast-growing company.

Your Journey
  • Record and control accounting operations: Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversee invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable: Track payment deadlines, manage suppliers and customers, and update records of payments and collections.
  • Support in tax preparation: Assist in collecting and preparing necessary documentation for tax filings and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
  • Prepare basic financial reports: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as required by the company.
  • Assist with internal and external audits: Participate in gathering and preparing documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • General finance: All activities related to general finance, such as bank relationships, suppliers, and serving as a link with other departments.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must) and familiarity with financial software (SAP/Oracle/Sage).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting is required, preferably with experience at a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting rules and regulations.
  • Spanish (native) and English (professional).
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to grow within the role.
  • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
