Job Title: Junior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance of our Language Schools and providing financial insights to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Financial Operations: Manage invoicing, track payments, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely billing and accurate records.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze variations in profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the sector.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide support to annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, accounting, and/or budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience in a data-rich analytical role involving complex Excel models.
  • Attention to detail and ability to investigate problem areas with an inquisitive mind.
