Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at GoStudent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through the development and execution of comprehensive customer value management (CVM) programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement CVM Strategies: Create and execute end-to-end CVM programs that drive customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Utilize Data Insights: Leverage data analytics and market research to inform CVM program development and optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with customer operations, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CVM programs and drive business growth.
- Manage Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention, while also optimizing performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Document and Manage Customer Journeys: Develop and maintain comprehensive customer journey maps to ensure that customer voices are heard and acted upon to improve overall sentiment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Braze, and Hubspot: Proven experience with CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive CVM strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
