We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gelato Artist to join our dynamic team at Amorino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating unique gelato experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a personalized experience
- Prepare and present gelato creations, including custom-made gelato roses
- Upsell and promote Amorino products, driving sales and revenue growth
- Contribute to store operations, including opening, closing, and inventory management
- Ensure seamless delivery and receipt of products, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Confident, professional, and welcoming personality, with a high standard of personal presentation
- Good level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
