Be a Part of Our Dynamic Team
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Gelato Artist to join our team at Amorino. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and upselling our products, and contributing to the smooth running of our store.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers, providing them with a personalized experience
- Know and promote our products, including our signature gelato roses
- Take orders, upsell, and provide quality service as a Gelato Artist
- Prepare orders to the highest standard, adhering to Amorino guidelines
- Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Conduct inventory and restock as needed
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £9-£10 per hour, depending on experience
- 28 days of holiday per year
- Manager bonus and outstanding gelato management training
- Possibility to grow into a multi-site role, with many of our Area Managers starting from within the stores

Requirements:
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as our stores operate 7 days a week
- Excellent sales and service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
