Job Summary

Elastic is a leading provider of enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for building demos that showcase the capabilities of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and upgrade current demos to ensure they are aligned with the latest version of our Elastic Stack.
  2. Support the development and maintenance of our demo infrastructure and environment.
  3. Improve our automation, build, and processes to make demo maintenance more efficient and reliable.
  4. Develop new demo content based on our security solutions and use cases.
  5. Write technical blog posts and create educational content to help customers understand our technology.
  6. Record technical enablement and demo recordings or webinars.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in security operations or engineering, with a focus on data collection and analysis.
  2. Deep understanding of adversary emulation techniques and technologies.
  3. Experience with using Elasticsearch in cloud environments.
  4. Broad software development background for automating demo setups.
  5. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and deployment in cloud environments.
  6. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-experts.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Site-Reliability Engineering experience.
  2. Prior experience as a technical marketing engineer or pre-sales engineer with cloud technologies.
  3. Experience implementing our solutions in customer environments.
