Key Responsibilities- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance, trends, and risks.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a complex corporate accounting environment with a strong understanding of IFRS or local GAAP accounting principles.
- Skills: Proficiency in large ERP systems, MS365 applications, and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Travel: 5% travel required.
