Transforming the Future of Energy

At Siemens Gamesa, we're on a mission to lead the energy transformation and make sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy a reality. As a key player in the wind industry, we're seeking a talented Test Tool Developer to join our Global Test Team in COG Nacelle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new test equipment for New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Plant Factory (NPP) projects
  • Support production facilities with test equipment and procedures
  • Update software and hardware, and offer project management support
  • Coordinate changes in test equipment and test procedures
  • Troubleshoot existing test equipment and maintain test specifications, equipment, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change
  • Background as an Engineer, Marine Engineer, or similar, combined with experience in developing production equipment (software/hardware)
  • Extensive electronic/mechanical understanding and good understanding of hydraulic, gear, and cooling systems
  • Experience with LabVIEW and National Instruments products is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS-office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access database, and SAP
  • Energetic, result-oriented, and structured approach to work
  • Team player with international experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
