We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join our Content Moderation team at Amazon Digital Spain, S.L.U. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global team of Senior Associates in preventing violating content from appearing on the Prime Video platform.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team on tasks associated with content moderation, rating, and data labeling.
- Operational Support: Provide end-to-end support for the optimization of the internal team.
- Goal Achievement: Lead and motivate the team to deliver on operational goals, ensuring the removal of any roadblocks that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision.
- Business Review: Work with the team to build business reviews, share them with other stakeholder teams, peers, and management on a regular basis.
- Data Analysis: Proactively gather, analyze, and share data with management to influence business decisions.
- Process Efficiency: Work with the team to identify and implement solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies and business goals.
- Technical Support: Work closely with tech teams to resolve internal tool-related issues.
- Escalation Management: Ensure timely response to all escalations.
- Team Support: Support the team in maintaining a repository of all work done for customers, highlighting wins and sharing gaps in support with solutions with respective individuals.
- Team Management Experience: Experience in front-line team management.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
- Content Moderation Experience: Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, rating, data labeling, or other compliance functions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Dutch.
- Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis.
- Negotiation Skills: Previous experience in negotiation with external and internal partners and objection handling.
- Global Team Experience: Experience working with global teams.
- Abuse Trend Identification: Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation, etc.
