About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by leveraging the power of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  2. Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement functional solutions in projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are aligned with business objectives.
  3. Effort Estimations: Provide accurate effort estimations for projects, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the resources required to complete the project.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met and that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project.
  5. Application Performance: Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Technology Partnerships: Collaborate with technology providers to ensure that Salesforce solutions are integrated with other systems and technologies as required.
  7. Solution Validation: Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements, ensuring that the solution meets client needs and is aligned with business objectives.
  8. Software Quality Standards: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with Omega's software quality standards.
  9. Functional Documentation: Generate functional documentation for completed projects, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the solution and how it meets their business needs.
  10. Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that the team is aligned and working towards common goals.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
  2. Field Service Experience: Experience in Field Service is a plus.
  3. Cloud Experience: Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Community, etc.
  4. Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology.
Skills
  1. Fluent English: Oral and written fluent in English.
  2. French Language: French as a plus.
