We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Alén Space. As a key member of our Mission Control Center team, you will play a crucial role in developing the user interface for our Mission Control Software (MCS).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team of engineers to design and develop the MCS client interface, ensuring it meets the needs of our operators and provides a robust, scalable, and flexible solution.
- Enhance the application for maximum speed and scalability, working closely with our backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to our coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with our team to identify and prioritize features, ensuring our software meets the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Experience in C/C++, Java/Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Git, with experience in version control and collaboration.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Vue.
- Experience with API/web service integration, with a strong understanding of data visualization and database design.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and in a self-managed environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
