About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our SAP Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for delivering SAP solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP project implementations and provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Capture and anticipate new business requirements and lead review meetings with Global Process Owners to ensure alignment and approval of project documentation.
  • Support the execution of projects and changes in the site, leading key users and local process owners to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide process knowledge support and work with business-facing teams to improve processes or implement new projects through the use of SAP capabilities.
  • Coordinate activities and share knowledge with counterparts in other regions and assist SAP Application support COE with troubleshooting.
  • Work with 2nd level support to develop processes for troubleshooting and escalation and identify change management projects with key users and local process owners.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of business and technical processes.
  • Global vision and experience working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • SAP certification for SAP Sales and Distribution module.
  • 5 years minimum experience implementing IT projects working on the appropriate modules.
  • Proficient in SAP S4HANA knowledge.
  • In-depth experience implementing applications.
  • Project management expertise, PMI certification is a plus.
  • SAP expert for Customer Services, Sales/GTM.
  • Knowledge in Contract Management would be a plus.
  • Experience in Mass Market/Cosmetics business is a plus.
  • Master the English language on a near-native level.
