SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our SAP COE, you will be responsible for delivering SAP solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in SAP project implementations and provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain requirements for SAP projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and approval.
  • Capture and anticipate new business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Lead review meetings with Global Process Owners to ensure regular communication and alignment on project progress.
  • Support the execution of projects and changes in the site, working closely with Key Users and Local Process Owners.
  • Provide process knowledge support and work with Business Facing teams to improve processes or implement new projects using SAP capabilities.
  • Coordinate activities and share knowledge with counterparts in other regions, ensuring a collaborative and global approach.
  • Assist SAP Application support COE with troubleshooting and work with 2nd level support to develop processes for troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Identify change management projects with Key Users and Local Process Owners, leading implementation and SAP configuration and functional designs approval.
