Position Overview

As a key member of the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Business Partner and the Financial Director, your primary role will be to deliver comprehensive analytical support to enhance business decision-making processes. Your contributions will be vital for steering the financial direction of the organization, which encompasses:

  • Compiling and presenting the monthly financial reports for all business units, inclusive of actual results and their corresponding forecasts.
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of the annual budget for various business segments.
  • Generating monthly reports based on diverse information requests from the corporate group.
  • Conducting thorough financial analyses across different business areas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a junior Finance Business Partner role, with a preference for candidates who have also held positions in financial accounting.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as some interviews will be conducted in this language.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A clear focus on internal customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, tact, and self-control.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
