About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect to join our team at Vodafone. As a key member of our Product Experience & SmartTech function, you will be responsible for defining and governing the architecture strategy and roadmap for all aspects of our capabilities and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret business challenges and technical issues, communicating solutions that align with needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrate a balanced mix of technical and business skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical and Commercial Product Owners, Architects, and Vodafone Enablers to develop technology strategies and high-level designs.
  • Simplify complex concepts for broader audience understanding.
  • Lead the design and delivery of products and services, including E2E design, infrastructure architecture, security, data models, APIs, and system integration.
  • Provide technical expertise in technology selection and make-or-buy decisions in line with Technology standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in Product or solutions architecture.
  • Related qualification and proven experience in mobile technology, digital products or IT.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Deep knowledge of web-based and service-based architectures (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of cross-platform architecture, technology and platforms (e.g. Web/Android/iOS/etc.).
  • Experienced in design and development of highly scalable, robust, distributed systems.
