Localization Specialist

Xe is a leading provider of currency services and products, and we're seeking a skilled Localization Specialist to join our team. As a Localization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services are tailored to meet the needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the localization of Xe product, marketing, and support content to ensure that it is culturally relevant and effective in multiple regions.
- Develop and implement localization strategies to achieve the best outcome in terms of time, quality, and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote synergies between markets and refine our tools, workflows, and processes.
- Set and monitor localization quality standards in the team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise and partner with key stakeholders in marketing, product, and support teams to improve the customer experience for their region.
- At least 3 years of experience in localization or project management.
- English speaker with fluency in either Spanish, French, Dutch, or German.
- Experience in launching new languages and markets within a global organization.
- Strong grasp of localization and internationalization issues.
- Experience setting and delivering OKRs for a project.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CMS and MT tools, as well as best practices in quality management processes and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality localization.
- Analytical mind with the ability to express it constructively to achieve what's best for customers.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment with concurring deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to accurately convey cultural nuances in work.
