Xe is seeking a highly skilled Localization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global content team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are tailored to meet the needs of our customers in diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the localization of Xe's product, marketing, and support content to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize localization processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure seamless integration of localized content.
- Set and monitor localization quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of content delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in localization processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in localization, content management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language, preferably Spanish, French, Dutch, or German.
- Experience in launching new languages and markets within a global organization.
- Strong understanding of localization and internationalization issues, including cultural nuances and market-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
