Job Summary

Idneo, a global tech company founded in 2011, is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to coordinate different projects and serve as the point of contact between clients, technical teams, and operation departments for our automotive business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between all project participants, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead meetings with clients and technical teams to discuss project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact, handling account inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in the development and presentation of Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Allocate and budget resources, establishing project timelines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Document and maintain project information, including progress updates and key milestones.
  • Monitor and control project development, identifying and mitigating any potential deviations or issues.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing projects involving electronics for the automotive sector, with a focus on design and development phases, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proven experience in international projects, working with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong interest in key account management tasks and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
