About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ancillary Meeting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional logistical planning and execution services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ancillary Meeting Budgeting: Create and manage budgets for ancillary meetings, ensuring accurate forecasting and reconciliation.
- Project Management: Plan and execute ancillary meetings, including vendor management and onsite support.
- Logistical Planning: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering.
- Client and Vendor Management: Manage client expectations and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
