About the Role

Malt is a leading freelancing platform that values its employees and strives to create a positive work environment. As a Human Resources Generalist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in Madrid and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Spanish team to organize cultural events and work closely with the global HR team in Paris.
  2. Assist with office management tasks and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  3. Promote a positive work environment and develop activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  4. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and support training and development initiatives.
  5. Contribute to employer branding efforts and help maintain a strong online presence.
Requirements
  1. Last year Bachelor or Master student in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  3. Native or high level of Spanish, with a working level of English.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  5. Possibility of signing an agreement with an approved study center.
  6. High level of Microsoft Office proficiency.
