About the Role:
- As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in SAP, including invoices, accruals, fixed assets, and taxes.
- You will also be responsible for registering suppliers and maintaining the master supplier list.
- Additionally, you will provide attention and incident management, documentation management, and general support to other areas of the Department.
- Other key responsibilities include managing monthly journal entries, accruals, and depreciations, as well as participating in monthly closing processes.
- You will also be involved in the ongoing developments of I2P and FA, and will be responsible for posting and reconciling payments and intercompany transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
- High level of proficiency in office software.
- Knowledge of SAP FI is an asset.
