About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Project Management Interns. As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced project managers to support the growth of our European network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in tracking open actions and conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision-making.
  • Analyze processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities, and anticipate risks.
  • Work with the team to recommend and execute network improvements.
  • Identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.
  • Contribute innovative long-term/lasting solutions beneficial for the entire team.

  • Learnt key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment.
  • Used advanced project management tools and successfully provided project members with support.
  • Anticipated and mitigated risks.
  • Developed skills to extract and manipulate large and complex datasets.

Requirements
  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or similar discipline.
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably with advanced level in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
