Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team at Yra Business Solutions Corp. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Verify payroll computations, recompute taxes withheld, and review payslips to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Fixed Assets and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including inventory of computers and other IT equipment, and perform monthly reviews of depreciation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 1 year of experience in accounting or related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
