Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a skilled Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track buyer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Summarize and highlight key feedback points to inform business decisions.
  • Test and verify reverse orders to optimize the return or refund process.
  • Monitor and compare buyer experiences across different channels.
  • Update order status for shipments coming from other logistics departments.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency (B2 level, spoken and written).
  • Availability to work in Madrid.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, analysis, and formulas.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adapt to new concepts.
  • Previous experience in logistics or customer voice in e-commerce is a plus.
