Your Role

As a Logistics Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting information searches and investigations to identify process improvements
  • Supporting the Project Manager with tasks related to project planning, organization, and implementation
  • Validating tests and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Analyzing data from primary systems such as SAP and SAP-BW
  • Working closely with the business to understand and translate requirements
  • Assisting with project documentation and preparing presentations for workshops and management meetings
  • Creating communication contents for our SharePoint platforms and communities
  • Supporting the team with infrastructure and follow-up project actions

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical, computing, or business administration field
  • Previous experience in logistics is preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Methodical and organized with the ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Experience with SAP HANA (MM or SD modules) is highly valued
  • Affinity for digitalization topics related to logistics content
  • Skills in creating dashboards with analytic tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with logistics activities
  • Solid English, Spanish, and German language skills are a plus
