We are seeking an experienced IT DevOps Lead to oversee and manage all day-to-day IT operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, managing licenses and vendor relations, supporting audit-related aspects, budget management, and ensuring compliance, quality, and security are maintained in all operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with various business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and other IT line functions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collect and prioritize operational demands and enhancement requests.
- Conduct service review meetings with business and vendors to ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Manage licenses, budget, and contracts for various tools and vendors.
- Escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Ensure quality management, technical security, and user access management.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain GxP compliance processes.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT industry.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Pharma domain.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a service operations role.
- Expert understanding of business process analysis and design, system architecture, and GxP compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud technology operations, clinical data platforms, and statistical computing environments.
