Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing rewards for our global customer base via our mobile app, with a focus on driving customer retention through attractive and enticing rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing suppliers of rewards and optimizing the rewards platform, including integration and processes
- Optimizing procurement and supplier management processes
- Working across functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectations
- Working on other strategic projects across LiveWell and within Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related fields with a passion for health and wellbeing
- 6+ years in project management with experience in rewards, sourcing of rewards, procurement for mobile apps, web, and/or SAAS offerings
- Strong analytical skills, experience in testing, and data-driven decision making
- Strong English communication and execution skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams
