Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for shaping the future of Financial Services? Do you have a knack for driving strategic transformation and building strong client relationships? We're seeking a highly skilled Consulting Manager to join our team at Alaika Advisory.

About the Role

As a Consulting Manager, you will play a key role in our Insurance practice, leveraging your expertise in Insurance IT & Operations to support senior leaders in client situations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Trusted Leadership in Insurance Operations or Technology
  • Building and developing client relationships while ensuring work of the highest quality
  • Leading and inspiring your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ALAIKA's services to existing clients
  • Owning key IP parts and maintaining/developing them according to the latest client projects and market developments
About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of full-time professional experience in the insurance sector of a top-tier consultancy and within the DACH or EU corporate insurance domain
  • Experience in contributing to large-scale transformation projects in the domain of Insurance IT & Operations
  • Outstanding degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) from a top-tier university or an outstanding track record outside of university
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
  • Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
